Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- The product should not be physically damaged or tampered with.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to the spiritual, energetic, and hygienic nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These include:
- Energized Rudraksha
- Energized Crystals
- Customized spiritual remedies
- Personalized astrology or numerology products
- Pooja / ritual items
- Opened incense, oils, or spiritual consumables
- Digital products, reports, or downloadable services
- Gift cards
- Used bracelets or worn spiritual accessories
Products once energized, activated, blessed, or spiritually customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (recommended for verification)

4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:
- Product packaging is damaged
- Product shows signs of usage
- Accessories/items are missing
- Return request does not meet policy conditions
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

We only replace products if they are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customized or spiritually energized products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For high-value products, we recommend using:
- Trackable courier service
- Shipping insurance
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
